Arcelor company

Yuzonuoer is France's largest steel conglomerate, founded in 1948, is due to Usino (Usinor) and Saxiruoer (Sacilor) two companies merged, through the optimization of corporate management and rational organization of production and utilization Resources, greatly improving the company's competitiveness. In the 1980s, Zennel spent billions of dollars on plant and equipment expansion, setting itself as an important flat steel supplier for the European automotive industry and Europe's largest stainless steel producer. After the privatization transformation in 1995, the company began the international investment and expansion of the ambitious plan. From 1997 to 1998, the company conducted a series of overseas investments in the stainless steel business. In 1998, at Zerner acquired a controlling stake in Acesita, Brazil, to become a subsidiary of Zerner. In 2000, Aixi Xi tower with an annual output of 300,000 tons of stainless steel sheet, 50% exported to North America and Europe. The company plans to invest 180 million US dollars in 2002, its steel-making capacity from the current 350,000 tons to 500,000 tons, the converter to AOD furnace, and increase the furnace production, stop carbon steel production. In December 1998, the company acquired a 53.5% stake in J & L (JOBeSandLaughin), the largest stainless steel producer in the United States in the 1980s. Subsequently, in the Zinuo Er company and the Alberta Group merger and reorganization, Albert Group under the stainless steel professional production plant Belgium Al (ALZ) company and people in the company Zinuoer. Subsequently, in the Zinuo Er company and France in Gina (UgineSA) merger, the establishment of a new group Arrow (Arcelor) company. At present, ALZ annual output of about 600,000 tons of stainless steel, is the world's few can produce a wide range of 2000mm stainless steel coil factory. In 2000, Alberta Group invested 166 million euros to ALZ, increased the No. 2 electric furnace, refined refining and continuous casting equipment, added No. 4 annealing and pickling production line, so that its annual output in 2002 increased to 1 million tons in 2004 to reach 1.2 million tons. In this way, all of the Arcelor Group's stainless steel production will exceed Krupp Thyssen Stainless Steel (KTS), ranking first in the world. In addition, the company is also the largest foreign investor in Thailand's THAINOX stainless steel company.

Examples of production processes for Arcelor's and its five holdings of stainless steel subsidiaries are as follows:

① March 1999 in Isaberg factory built the world's latest compact continuous cold-rolled annealing pickling production line, with an annual output capacity of 25 to 27 million tons, the product is (0.8) 1.0-4mmX700-1600mm cold-rolled stainless steel. The production line can be hot-rolled stainless steel coil into cold-rolled stainless steel strip in one step, thus shortening the process and reducing the cost.

② ALZ company using three-step smelting process, continuous casting of the slab by hot rolling (outside the factory processing) in the factory 2 sets of cold-rolled twin cold rolling, and then annealing, pickling, finishing.

③ ALZ company has the world's only production of 2000mm wide, the thickness of up to 8mlTl cold-rolled stainless steel coil production line, is also the world's few can produce a width of 2000mm hot rolled stainless steel coil production enterprises.

④ As with the Isaberg plant, J & L is also an early production of a compact continuous cold-rolled annealing pickling line, with an annual output of 250,000 tons of cold-rolled stainless steel coil production enterprises.

The stainless steel products are mainly billet, billet, slab, hot rolled strip, hot rolled annealed pickling sheet and coil, cold rolled sheet and coil, bright annealed sheet and coil, wire and Round bar, bright bar.
