Origin

Galvanized steel pipe

Thin-wall stainless steel pipe: advantages - 304 stainless steel made, corrosion resistant, smooth surface without scaling, superior comprehensive performance, but expensive;

Bimetallic composite steel pipe: it is a new type composite feed pipe in which the galvanized steel pipe or welded pipe, seamless steel pipe and stainless steel pipe with thinner wall thickness strongly embedded. It is also an more ideal pipeline upgrading product. It preserves the inherent advantages of two different materials, complements their inherent shortcomings, and adopts the traditional mature installation method and technology of galvanized steel pipes. So it is convenient, reliable, hygienic and safe in use.

 

Basic principles of the formation of bimetallic composite pipes:

The outer base pipe is responsible for bearing pressure and the rigid support of the pipeline; and the inner liner pipe bears the function of corrosion resistance.

 

Carbon steel pipes with different diameter and wall thickness can be selected according to the flow and pressure requirements of the conveying medium.

The external base tube can be made of carbon steel tube material of different OD and thickness according to the flow and pressure requirements for transport media. Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, straight welded pipe, helical pipe, seamless steel pipe for low medium pressure fluid transportation, high pressure boiler, seamless pipe for petroleum cracking, pipeline pipe, etc. The range of the diameter is from φ20 toφ1020mm. The thickness of the wall can range from 2.5-50 mm.

 

Different corrosion resistant alloys can be selected to make lining tube according to the chemical composition of the conveying medium. It can be new high corrosion resistant alloy materials like austenitic stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, copper base alloy, nickel base alloy, hastelloy, titanium, titanium alloy, duplex stainless steel, etc. The lining wall thickness can range from 0.3 to 4 mm according to service life and welding process requirements.
