What is food grade stainless steel?

The food grade stainless steel must control the composition of Mn, some 201 and 202 stainless steel has more than 5.5% Mn composition, so they are not very suitable for making tableware. 430 and 304 stainless steel is very suitable for making tableware because their Mn composition is low. So food grade stainless steel means low Mn composition.
