Product Description

The composition of the zinc coating consists almost entirely of zinc and is lead-free, resulting in finely crystalline zinc crystallites that meet the high demands on visual appearance. The corrosion resistance provided by the zinc coating is proportional to the thickness of the coating.

Features

1) This 3-inch Schedule 40 80 stainless steel tube is made of Monel400 alloy. Monel 400 is a corrosion resistant alloy. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid, fluorine gas medium and hot concentrated alkali solution. At the same time, it is resistant to corrosion by neutral solutions, water, sea water, the atmosphere, organic compounds, etc. It usually does not produce stress corrosion cracks and has good cutting properties, and this pipe is zinc coated.
