Description

Stainless steel is defined as an iron alloy containing at least 10.5% by weight chromium and is essentially a low carbon steel containing a large amount of chromium. The addition of chromium can make this steel corrosion resistant. The chromium content of the steel allows the formation of an invisible corrosion-resistant chromium oxide film on the steel surface. If mechanically or chemically damaged, the film is self-healing as long as there is even a very small amount of oxygen. By increasing the chromium content and adding other elements such as molybdenum, nickel and nitrogen, the corrosion resistance of stainless steel can be improved while providing other useful properties. Stainless steel strips are used in a variety of applications in many different industries, including nuclear, pharmaceutical, food processing, petrochemical, construction and chemical transportation.

Process 

A. GRINDING 

Grinding finished, also called brushed, direction or satin finished coil or sheet.

B. POLISHED 

Polished stainless steel sheet used grinding fluid to polish by polishing    

equipment on stainless steel sheet

C. PVD COLOR COATING 

PVD means physical vapor deposition, working in vacuum condition.

D. ETCHING 

Etching is corrode different kinds of patterns on stainless steel surfaces by 

chemical methods.

E. EMBOSSING 

It is physical rolling on the stainless steel surface, pattern comes from metal 

Rolled.
