Large Diameter 316 Stainless Steel Seamless/welded Polished Tube/pipe Sch10 To Xxs

By adding Mo element to 316 stainless steel, the corrosion resistance and strength in high temperature has greatly improved. It can resist high temperature from 1200℃ to 1300℃ and it is also can be used under very tough conditions. Application area: Chemical industry, marine structures, paper...

  • Product Introduction

Description

Stainless steel 316 tubes are made from 70% to 90% recycled materials and are fully recyclable at the end of their life cycle. The 316 stainless steel seamless tube has excellent weldability with or without filler metal. The 316 stainless steel tube has better corrosion resistance and is stronger at high temperatures. Annealing of stainless steel 316 welded tubes requires heating to 1,900 to 2,100 degrees Fahrenheit (1,038 to 1,149 degrees Celsius) prior to rapid quenching.

Storage

Storage should pay attention to moisture, dust, oil, lubricating oil, surface rust, poor welding and corrosion resistance decreased. When the water between film and steel plate is immersed in water, the corrosion rate is faster than that without coating. The warehouse should be placed in a clean, dry ETS wind place, keep the packaging state of the original film, the stainless steel should avoid direct sunlight, the film should periodically check if the metamorphic film (film life 6 months) should be immediately replaced with a pad of paper packaging material if soaked, to prevent corrosion should be immediately removed pad of paper.
